The fine print
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. The balance may be settled upon your arrival.
Ryneveld Lodge reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fee should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival
50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee if cancelled 07 days or less prior to arrival or no show
In the case of non – arrivals, guests will be held responsible for the total cost of the reserved accommodation.
- Credit Card
Fill out a credit card request form and return it back to us. We will process 50% immediately and the balance will be charged to your card on the morning of your arrival.
- Electronic Transfer
Make a deposit into our bank account and email your proof of payment to [email protected] or fax it to +27 86 606 1089. If we do not receive your proof of payment, we will not be able to match it to your reservation. Our banking details are as follows:

- ATM / Bank deposit
Make a deposit at any First National Bank branch or ATM throughout South Africa. ATM deposits are available to non-FNB users by selecting the “Cardless Services” option. Please send us your proof of payment.
Our check-in times are from 14h00 to 20h00 daily.
Please let us know what time you will be arriving for check-in.
Alternative check-in times will only be allowed by prior arrangement.
Breakfast is served from 07h30 to 09h30 daily.
Breakfast is included in the rate for each paying guest.
Extra guests are allowed only by reservation and if our capacity allows it, at a cost of ZAR70.00
per extra breakfast.
Off-street parking is available by reservation only. One vehicle per room is allowed. Subject to availability
